How shopper insights studies work
Shopper insights studies gather information about shoppers’ awareness and impressions of store offerings, service, and layout/displays when it is top-of-mind while in the store. Many times customers are intercepted, recruited (via receipt, notice, or in-person), or studied while in the store. Additional research may include follow up satisfaction with their experience.
