Methodology: The Olinger Group conducted multiple studies with NAR’s membership via online, telephone, and focus groups.
Also, the company collected extensive, detailed information on home buyers’ preferences for specific features in purchasing a home using mail and internet surveys.
Results: Through the data analyzed by The Olinger Group, the NAR was better able to understand the needs of their members and what they value in their membership. Additionally, home buyers’ information helped NAR to get a pulse on the market and share the results with their membership.
