Granted, making that bold leap was scary. We were a successful generalist market research firm for more than 30 years, and we helped a lot of big-name clients make important and strategic business decisions.
But we knew it was time for a change, so we turned our market research skills inward. We listened to consumers, recognized the trends, and identified the psychology behind them.
