Chanttel joined The Olinger Group (TOG) over 20 years ago. Like many in the market research industry, she kind of “feel into it” and never looked back. For her, the most exciting part of the journey has been successfully navigating the radical market research industry changes as new technology and methods were adapted to research.
As TOG’s Managing Director and Integrator (a.k.a. glue), Chanttel’s core belief is in developing people, adding value, collaboration, and promoting “figure-out-ability” within TOG’s culture. Chanttel has been a driving force in getting TOG certified and recently re-certified for ISO 270001 for data security (something only a handful of research firms have). Besides overseeing TOG’s operations, Chanttel is a Burke-trained moderator (specializing in in-depth interviewing).
Chanttel’s love for the market research industry is the motivator for giving back to it by serving in roles such as President of the Southeast Chapter of the MRA (now Insights Association) and on numerous Insights Association Chapter Liaison committees.
Being an avid traveler, Chanttel uses her spare time to go on adventures with her family. She is fluent in American Sign Language and volunteers in the local deaf community. It should be noted that while Chanttel loves to laugh, she cannot tell a joke to save her life!
