NEW ORLEANS, LA – August 30, 2010
Customized consumer satisfaction research performed by The Olinger Group recently helped long-time client Alere Health, LLC attain a prestigious healthcare accreditation for its Disease Management program. Alere announced it has achieved the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient and Practitioner Oriented Full Accreditation for the program. The accreditation came after The Olinger Group independently evaluated Alere’s services for 24 months. Data submitted for accreditation included quantitative and qualitative analysis of disease management programs in six primary areas. NCQA accreditation allows employers and employees quality assurances for formal employer-supported health and wellness programs.
The Olinger Group has extensive experience conducting customized consumer research for companies in the healthcare industry. Aside from professional project management, The Olinger Group also operates an in-house closed-loop mail system that can process millions of paper surveys per year. The mail system allows for complete privacy compliance while printing, folding, sorting and scanning paper surveys.
For 2010, The Olinger Group has been certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) to administer Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) surveys. This certification has only been awarded to a select group of 13 firms in the market research industry. The HEDIS certification allows health care plans to contract with The Olinger Group to measure customer satisfaction. HEDIS-certified research is used both internally within organizations to benchmark performance, and also externally by national publications that rank health organizations.
