Consumer behavior analysis and research involves the study of the consumer
decision process - how consumers choose and use products. Consumer behavior
research can be used to determine the buyer behavior of customers and
non-customers, and to identify critical factors in the decision-making
process. Research results can also include how customers use products/services
after purchase, so improvements can be implemented as necessary (e.g.,
product features, website performance).
