PARTNERSHIP WITH NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®
The Olinger Group has been engaged periodically by NAR to conduct its homebuyer and
organization member studies. These studies are as challenging procedurally as they are
analytically as they typically entail administration of mail and/or Internet surveys to tens of
thousands of homebuyers and organization members.

The client organization uses the information gathered in these studies in a variety of ways all
related to ensuring a healthy, satisfied home buying market and organizational membership
whose needs are properly being met.

The Olinger Group has also been engaged on a regular basis to conduct and report on focus
groups at the organization’s annual and mid-year meetings. These focus groups seek to gain
deeper insight into member needs and have been used, among other ways, in order to develop
a more effective design for the organization’s website.
